"Return was okay, but the refund took a bit"
I ordered a stroller accessory from Chicco and, like, ended up not really needing it after all. The return instructions were easy to find, so that part was fine and not really a hassle.

I did feel like I had to pay close attention to the timing and how everything was packaged, which, you know, felt a little strict. Sending it back wasn’t hard or anything, but it also wasn’t exactly quick, so it was kind of just okay.
The refund did come through eventually, but it took longer than I expected. Customer service did answer me, but they were kind of slow, so overall it wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t amazing either. I’d say about 3 stars.

"Expected better for the price"
I ordered from Chicco because I figured the higher price would mean better quality, but it didn’t feel that way. The item was fine, just not anything special compared to similar ones I’ve seen for less elsewhere. Shipping was average too, so overall it didn’t really stand out. For what I paid, I expected more and ended up feeling a bit disappointed.

"Not comfy at all"
I really wanted this to work, but the seat felt so hard and my baby kept fussing the whole time. Like, if it’s made for babies, shouldn’t it be comfy? Make it make sense.

"Decent stroller, but steering could be smoother"
I’ve used a few strollers over the years, and this one is okay, but not my favorite. It works fine for short walks and turns well on smooth floors, like in stores or around the house. Once I’m outside on sidewalks or going over little bumps, though, it feels harder to steer than I expected, especially if I’m trying to push it with one hand. It folds up easily and does look nice, so I don’t regret buying it, but for the price I was hoping the maneuverability would be a bit better.

"Fits well once you fuss with it a bit"
It fits my baby well now, though it did take me a few tries to get the straps just right. The adjustments are easy enough, I just had to mess with it a little... kind of one of those things where you think you’ve got it, then notice one side is a bit off. Overall though, I’m happy with it.

The site was easy enough to use, but a few things I had my eye on were out of stock, which was a little frustrating. I ended up finding something else that worked, but my gut says it’s the kind of place I’d check back on rather than count on every time.

"The delivery timing was really confusing"
I ordered from Chicco because the delivery date they showed seemed totally fine, but i’m still confused about what happened. The tracking barely changed for days, and then the package showed up way after it was supposed to. I needed it before a weekend trip, so that was frustrating. I reached out to customer service, but the replies were super basic and didn’t really clear anything up. I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something by a specific date.

"Shopping on the site was a hassle"
I tried using chiccousa.com to shop, but the whole site felt kind of clunky. The pages were slow to load, the filters didn’t really help me find what I wanted, and checkout was confusing, I ended up giving up after a while. It really should be a lot easier to use...

"I expected better for what this stroller costs..."
I expected better for what this stroller costs. At first it looked okay, but after just a few days it started squeaking and the whole thing felt kind of cheap. It makes me wonder if they focused more on making it look nice in photos than actually building something sturdy. Disappointed overall.

Putting this together took a lot longer than I thought it would based on the website. The instructions weren’t super clear in a few spots, and a couple of parts didn’t line up quite right, so I had to slow down and figure things out as I went. It was frustrating in the moment, but I guess it also made me appreciate how much the little details matter with stuff like this.

I bought a Chicco stroller from Chicco a few months back, i mostly just remember being excited when it first arrived because it looked nice and felt sturdy. Fast-forward a bit and the wheels started acting strange, and one of the handle pieces got loose. I can’t remember every little thing I did with it, but it definitely wasn’t anything extreme. For what it cost, I expected it to last a lot longer. Disappointing...

"Website feels outdated and frustrating to use"
I was surprised by how old and messy the website feels. It’s cluttered, kind of hard to navigate, and I kept having to dig around just to find basic product info. The pictures and overall layout could definitely use an update, especially for a brand this well-known.
What made it more annoying was trying to get help when I got stuck. Support kept sending me in circles with the same generic replies, and I never really felt like anyone was actually solving the issue. Overall, it just didn’t feel like a smooth or modern shopping experience.

"Bad first impression and no real warranty help"

"Package came in great shape, but the wait was annoying"
My order from Chicco USA finally showed up, and while I was getting frustrated waiting for it, the box did arrive looking clean and not all beat up, which I really appreciate with baby stuff.

Everything inside was packed nicely, nothing was loose or damaged, and overall it showed up in great condition. I just wish it had gotten here a little faster.

"Solid seat, but setup could be smoother"
I bought a car seat from Chicco USA, and overall it does feel sturdy and safe once it’s installed. The instructions were mostly clear, but I still ended up spending more time than expected getting it right and had to watch a couple videos to double-check myself. The straps feel secure, but they twist more often than I’d like, which seems preventable with a better design. It’s not a bad car seat at all, I just wish the setup was easier and less frustrating. 3 stars from me.

"Compatibility details were a bit confusing"
I bought this stroller thinking our Chicco car seat would click right in, but it turns out we needed a separate adapter. The site didn’t make that very clear, or maybe there was something about it that I missed, but it was frustrating either way. Support was okay, just slow to respond. It’s annoying having to return things when compatibility should be easier to figure out
